What Are the Cut-offs for Same-day and Special Deliveries in Ukraine?

Life can get busy, but with FloraQueen, you don’t have to stress about those last-minute deliveries. Some critical times to remember for those “just in case” moments with FloraQueen are: 

• For same-day deliveries Monday to Friday, orders must be placed before 13:00 CET 
• For same-day deliveries on Saturday, orders must be placed before 09:00 CET

FloraQueen Ukraine does not offer Sunday deliveries. Should flower deliveries be ordered after the cut-off time, they are going to be delivered on the next available business day. 

In situations where there is a need for last-minute or rushed deliveries, there is an additional fee incurred. This fee can be viewed at the final stage of processing and confirming the floral order. To avoid any surcharges, we encourage our clients to place their floral orders a minimum of 24 hours before the expected date. 

Can I Order Flowers for a Funeral? 

Yes, you can. In the second step of the ordering process, you are going to be asked if the flowers are for a funeral, to which you would then check that option. We understand that funerals are time-sensitive, so we work with our network of florists to meet the requested delivery date.
